About me:

Hey there, I’m Cara! For the past 20 years, I’ve been bringing creativity, strong design, and out of the box thinking to healthcare advertising as a creative director and art director. I’ve worked across HCP and consumer-facing campaigns, leading projects in digital, TV, and print. After 12 years building my career in NYC, I traded skyscrapers for palm trees and have spent the last seven years freelancing in LA, bringing my expertise to a wide range of clients and indications.

But my work goes beyond advertising. While freelancing and raising young kids, I earned a master’s in feminist theology in 2019, launched a company dedicated to empowering women through art and storytelling, and co-founded a church as lead pastor—centering the most marginalized and equipping leaders who are too often silenced by institutionalized religion. Whether I’m crafting campaigns or building communities, my passion is using creativity to challenge the status quo and elevate the voices that need to be heard most.
