Cara Quinn
Creative Director | Designer | Illustrator
Los Angeles | CA
For the past 20 years, I’ve brought creativity, strong design, and out of the box thinking to healthcare advertising as a creative director and art director. After 12 years in NYC, I made the move to LA, where I’ve spent the last seven years freelancing across a wide range of clients and indications.
Beyond advertising, I earned a master’s in theology, launched a company empowering women through art and storytelling, and co-founded a church centering the most marginalized. Whether crafting campaigns or building communities, my passion is using creativity to challenge the status quo and amplify voices that need to be heard. Read more…

Xeomin Campaign Launch
360 Campaign execution, photoshoot, print,
digital and infographic design
The Fight of a Lifetime campaign reframes the physical manifestations of movement disorders as scenes of a personal fight: clenched fists become symbols of strength, strained muscles suggest resilience, and excessive blinking is a momentary flinch as we highlight the fight.
In the fight against lifelong movement disorders, patients need a treatment that’s as resilient as they are.
The Know Your Mothers Project
Illustration, iPhone App, blog, website store, curriculum writing, retreat creation and teaching & preaching
Portraits of historical women were reimagined, inspired by the Eastern church’s icon tradition, resulting in over 70 contemporary icons with modern design and relatable faces. What started as an Instagram account and blog evolved into a daily iPhone app featuring Bible studies, artwork, audio content, and downloadable imagery. This initiative expanded into a website offering merchandise and study materials to support ministers and spiritual communities worldwide.
Type None Campaign
corporate, non-profit, multi-media—JDRF
Sometimes the simplest tweak can make the biggest impact...like putting the letter “n” in front of the word “one.” This corporate campaign transformed JDRF’s entire identity, further crystalizing their mission of transforming a world of type 1 diabetes into a world of type none.
All Saints Los Angeles
Experience design, Brand identity, event production, website design, social media, teaching & preaching.
Driven by a desire to create a church that celebrates differences, Cara and a group of like-minded individuals launched All Saints Los Angeles in 2021. The church focuses on curiosity, questioning, and reimagining what church can be to better align with Jesus' teachings. Drawing from global traditions, its practices and celebrations, like a Pentecost-inspired drag brunch, challenge church "norms" and prioritize community, welcoming and amplifying marginalized voices.
Opdivo TV
Consumer TV & print ads
This emotional TV spot builds on Opdivo’s “Longer Life” theme, using poignant imagery and heartfelt questions to emphasize its life-extending potential. By combining emotional storytelling with new data on prescribed patients, the spot deepens Opdivo’s impact and resonates with both patients and caregivers.
Digital App & Web Design
Design for digital apps, banners, social media and websites
Designs for digital platforms, including websites and iPad apps, that empower patients and healthcare providers with engaging, informative tools. Highlights include the ForgingBridges™ program for BridgeBio, the launch of Attruby, a corporate site refresh, Cyramza's Veeva iRep sales tool, and JDRF’s re-brand, which focused on modernizing digital experiences and supporting the Type 1 diabetes community.
